What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Do you have statutory insurance? If so, please bring your insurance card with you every time you attend the practice. If your family doctor wants a special or urgent examination, please bring a referral with you.

I can’t keep my appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it in time via your Doctolib account.

Emergency consultation hours

We offer a drop-in surgery for emergencies. You can find further information in the news section. For better planning, please register by phone or use Doctolib to register in advance.

I would like a second opinion

When you attend an appointment for a second opinion, please bring with you as much relevant information as you can, or preferably send it to us in advance. You are welcome to upload the documents via Doctolib.

Appointment booking

We use the online portal Doctolib, where you can book free appointments directly online and manage your appointments. To do this, you need a user profile on Doctolib (in German language).

Will I receive an appointment reminder?

When booking an appointment online via Doctolib you agree to receive appointment reminders by SMS and/or e-mail via Doctolib. You can of course withdraw your consent at any time.
